If you see anything that gets old, weak and eventually stops working, it is replaced with the items which will hold it together. Similar is the case with the human body, as the body gets old the cells of the body also get old and eventually get weaker and cannot perform the same way as it used to. Older people comparatively look weaker and are often seen resting or doing work which require less energy. Healthy seniles are quite fit for their age and even though look little wrinkled, appear to be fit.
